Injection Molding Magnet

Injection molding magnet: a magnet made from magnetic powder, plastic materials (polyamine PA6, PA12, PA66, polyphenylene sulfide PPS, polyethylene PE, polypropylene PP, polyvinyl chloride PVC, polybutylene terephthalate PBT, ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer EVA, etc.), and additives through high-speed mixer, extruder, and injection molding.
Injection molded magnet: It can achieve more complex shape magnet production, low density, high impact strength, high dimensional accuracy, and smooth surface. Compared to pressed magnets, it is less prone to defects such as missing corners and can be achieved through various injection molding processes such as adhesive injection molding and insert injection molding. It can be used for general plastic processing such as cutting, cutting, drilling, lamination, and embossing. Axial monopole magnetization, radial multi-level magnetization, and axial radial composite magnetization can also be used.
Process flow: mixing → drying → injection molding → magnetization.
